Absolutely. We handle both. For homes, we use durable fibreglass shingles. For commercial buildings, we offer options like built-up membranes, metal, modified bitumen, thermoplastic or thermoset systems, and even green roofs.
How often should I have my roof inspected?
Once a year. Annual inspections catch small problems before they turn into costly repairs and help extend your roof’s life.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ELSA Roofing is fully licensed and insured. We comply with WSIB safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe, professional work environment for our team and your property.
How do you handle unexpected issues during a project?
We assess the issue, inform you right away, adjust the plan if needed, and solve the problem efficiently. We document every step; ensuring quality remains a top priority.
How long does a typical roofing project take?
Most residential roof replacements take 1 day. Larger homes may need 2–3 days. We’ll give you a personalized timeline before we start.
